Man this is awesome. Wired blog reported today that anti-emo riots are breaking out across Mexico City. Flocks of swoop-haired skinny-jeaned emo kids are marching. This is not a joke; I repeat: THIS IS NOT A JOKE.

Every person has had that boss, and I mean that boss in their life.
When I worked my thankless job as a 16-year-old in the Corpus Christi mall, BossBitching.com could have offered a few laughs and some relief while I ate mall-pizza on my 15-minute lunch break.
The entire online community is anonymous, which means all the comments, stories, and polls one chooses to interact with present no evidence of identity, and no evidence that could lead to… DUN DUN DUN
more boss bitching.
“Make me a mixtape” will never die
Every great relationship has got a soundtrack, and putting mp3s on a CD and handing it to someone almost feels a little 1990s-archaic.
Mixwit won’t distract you from iTunes and compressed music files.
All it asks is for you to add the music, style your “mixtape” with colors and photos, and share it with that loved one, 3-d free. And money-free, or, free.
Additionally, you could also add it to your blog… I would, but I’m not sure how much Alanis Morissette you can handle.
Sorry boys, popgadget is for the ladies
For all the ladies who heart technology, popgadget is digital paradise. For all the lads interested, the logo does say “Personal Tech +Innovative Lifestyle for Women,” but the site is so cool you’ll be glad your IP address doesn’t have a gender check box.
The site is run blog-style with promotions of technology products in over 20 different categories.
My personal favorite products include:
The ecospeakers for the green-eyed.

The Nintendo Wii gum for the gamestress.

The “Tic Tac Toast” for the modern domestic.

You probably don’t want to miss the sports bra that measures your cardio, either.
Three sites worth finding at SXSW Interactive
Animoto is a tool for the photo-elite and video-challenged… who like music. Their motto: “Welcome to the end of slideshows.” Thank the gods, for I despise slideshows.
Upload your pictures, find a song you like, and Animoto creates a video out of it. The booth was so crowded, all I got was a measly postcard.
Excuse the grainy less-than-up-to-date-camera-phone photo. It has nothing to do with Utterz and its coolness, mostly based on the fact that its mascot is a cow.
It also has to do with its benefits (I suppose), which lets an avid mobile phone user (one with a better phone than I apparently have) to post to a blog or social network using audio, video, or text.
Ideally, I could use it for this blog, but my quest for a new phone is cut short by the black hole in my pocket.
When the dude at the KickApps booth tried to explain to me exactly what KickApps does, he told me that it was the “Movable Type of social networking.” I was partly skeptical until I saw an article describing AOL’s potential comeback from desperation was its interest in buying the customizable social network site–pretty impressive for a 2008-launcher. By becoming an “affiliate,” (their word for a registrant…free of course) a complete customizable community rests at the gentle push of fingertips for posting links, videos, blogs, and profiles. It’s a feature that can just be another page to a website. I’ll give it additional street cred for its clients, which include ABC, Vibe magazine and the DIY network.
